Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage real estate projects of varying sizes and complexity, from acquisitions and dispositions to project development and management services.
  • Provide strategic guidance and legal counsel to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction life-cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of real estate deals.
  • Conduct legal research, draft agreements, and negotiate terms to protect the interests of our clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
  • Experience practicing real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, project development, and finance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling complex real estate transactions, including those involving multi-family properties, commercial developments, and specialised projects.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
