Part-Time E-Commerce Specialist Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time E-Commerce Specialist to support the daily operations of our online store. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys working independently. The E-Commerce Specialist will assist with product listings, order management, customer inquiries, and general online store maintenance to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images across e-commerce platforms Monitor daily orders and ensure timely processing and communication Provide customer support via email or chat, addressing questions, concerns, and basic troubleshooting Maintain accurate inventory tracking and coordinate with internal teams as needed Assist with promotional updates, pricing changes, and online merchandising Identify and report website issues or inefficiencies Support the development of e-commerce processes and best practices Qualifications: Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, or related administrative role preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and basic productivity tools Strong written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable internet connection and remote work setup What We Offer: Flexible, remote work environment Consistent daytime schedule (approx. 25 hours per week) Competitive hourly rate of $23/hour Opportunity to contribute to a growing and collaborative team
