Part-Time E-Commerce Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time E-Commerce Specialist to support the daily operations of our online store. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys working independently. The E-Commerce Specialist will assist with product listings, order management, customer inquiries, and general online store maintenance to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images across e-commerce platforms
  • Monitor daily orders and ensure timely processing and communication
  • Provide customer support via email or chat, addressing questions, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking and coordinate with internal teams as needed
  • Assist with promotional updates, pricing changes, and online merchandising
  • Identify and report website issues or inefficiencies
  • Support the development of e-commerce processes and best practices
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, or related administrative role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and basic productivity tools
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
