This is a 16 - 20 hour/week position, Monday - Friday during normal business hours.

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Board Certified.
Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York.
Maintain current DEA license.
Maintain active BLS (i.e. CPR) certification.
