Position Overview:

Our banking client is seeking an exceptional OCM to lead and elevate organizational change initiatives, focusing on the highest quality and precision. This role requires an A-level Change Manager with a genuine background in change management, not just project management with incidental change management tasks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a banking or financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- ServiceNow Integration:

- Provide OCM support for the integration of the acquired bank's ServiceNow instance into the client's ServiceNow instance.

- Ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption during the integration process.

- IT Operations Procedures:

- Provide OCM support for the consolidation of IT Operations Procedures.

- Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize IT operations across the organization.

- Organizational Change Management:

- Lead and manage enterprise-level organizational change initiatives, ensuring a profound understanding of business needs and impacts on a large scale.

- Develop, execute, and meticulously manage change management/engagement plans, emphasizing the highest quality standards.

- Quickly discern business needs and articulate potential risks and impacts with clarity to minimize business disruptions.

- Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with key leaders, exerting influence at all levels within the organization.

- Design creative and strategic solutions to intricate communication challenges involving multiple stakeholders.

- Drive multiple high-stakes assignments to completion in a fast-paced team environment, upholding strict deadlines.

- Utilize outstanding written and verbal communication skills to convey information effectively.

- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

- Apply an OCM framework (PROSCI) to shape change management strategies.

Qualifications:

- Experience:

- 5+ years of true change management professional experience, as opposed to candidates with incidental change management tasks.

- Proven experience with ITIL foundations in a financial institution environment.

- Enterprise-level banking experience where the change impacts thousands of people.

- Certifications:

- PROSCI certification required.

- Skills:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to present materials to leaders, showcasing a talent for storytelling about change from the current state to the future state.

- Proficient in creating presentations with an emphasis on impactful storytelling and visual layout design.

- Comfortable leading effective meetings to ensure a clear understanding of change impacts by all stakeholders.

- Technical Proficiency:

- Expert-level proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

- Ability to manage initiatives on an enterprise scale in a fast-moving, changing environment.

- Strong ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design strategic solutions for communication challenges.

- High level of organization and attention to detail.
