Job TitleHelp prepare a variety of recurring and non-recurring narrative and statistical reports supporting decisions to move administrative, unclassified contracts along financially and administratively.Identify discrepancies and work with the N1 program managers to resolve substantive issues.Assist in processing various pre and post award actions supporting contract obligation, de-obligation, or modification of payment packages.Assist in the administration of the N1 budget.Assist with research deviations identified, present findings identifying the cause of deviations, and provide solutions to resolve substantive issues.Perform detailed review of purchase requests for consumables and non-consumables, not to exceed $2,500.00 in terms of adequacy, non-restrictiveness of specifications or descriptions, and compliance with administrative requirements.RequirementsMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
