MillwrightResponsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks involving buildings, equipment, and grounds within assigned areas. Specific duties and essential functions may vary based on client requirements and operational needs. The Millwright is accountable for inspecting, servicing, and repairing facility equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role involves troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues, performing necessary repairs, and completing maintenance work both inside the facility and on rooftop systemsJob ResponsibilitiesMaintains a friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers. Adaptable to customer needs. Repairs various fixtures. Inspects assigned area on a routine basis and performs maintenance as needed to keep facility in functioning and serviceable condition. Completes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures. Reports on any major maintenance need and recommends corrective action as appropriate. Demonstrates efficient and safe use of equipment and tools. Demonstrates commitment to professional growth and competence by adherence to component and departmental training commitments. Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures.QualificationsExperienced in PVC fabrication, pipefitting, and piping installation. Skilled in door installation, rigging, and equipment setup. Proficient in various welding methods, including MIG welding.
