Support and maintain HR Operations functions as it relates to verifying and maintaining accuracy of employee information. Serve as the point of contact for various requests of information on employee’s records, such as legal requests or various state requests.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for verification of employment requests through various methods such as electronic or paper requests
  • Provide unemployment information that is requested
  • Respond to requests for employee file information, whether they originate from legal requests or employee requests, and ensuring proper information is released through those requests
  • Respond to EDD forms for the state of California
  • Receive reports on various employee information, including but not limited to, emails, name corrections, telephone number updates, etc., to be made in the system
  • Review and update information on weekly payroll reporting


Job Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred


Experience:

  • Experience with human resource systems and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
