Seeking an IT Support Specialist / Desktop Support / IT Service Desk to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our users. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications as well as hardware.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for Windows operating systems, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Assist users with Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform software installations, configurations, and updates on Windows machines and Office 365 environments.
  • Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions, contributing to knowledge base articles for future reference.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to implement system upgrades and enhancements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support, particularly with Windows OS and Office 365.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory for user account management.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
