Working as a Retirement Plan yst you will have the opportunity to do a variety of different things such as:

  • Learning and applying rules and regulations to complete paperwork and web forms.
  • Scrubbing and yzing data.
  • Completing calculations for employee benefits.
  • Auditing data for adherence to government standards.
  • Managing daily workflow in a consistent and efficient manner to meet deadlines and metrics.
  • Communicate results and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Be an individual contributor while working in a team.
  • Provide crosschannel support as appropriate.

  • Ability to manage office functions efficiently organize work elish priorities and maintain good interpersonal relations
  • Be able to learn apply and explain new technical knowledge in a simplified manner.
  • Possess strong communication and computer/software ss and demonstrate trustworthiness adaptability and responsiveness.
  • Team player and great positive attitude is a must.
  • Strong ytical and mathematical ss required.
  • Ability to follow direction and leadership.
  • Possess a relentless pursuit to be successful.


What you need to be qualified for this job:

  • Oneyear prior work experience.
  • ociates Degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and listening ss.
  • Proficient computer / software ss including MS Office (Outlook Excel Word).
  • Discipline and drive to stay focused and motivated with limited supervision.
  • Effective time management and organization capabilities with a focus on delivering Raving Fan experience.
  • Willingness to learn about the retirement industry by attaining certifications and designations.
