Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Manager/Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks including payroll, bill payment, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping (quickbooks). This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including bill payment and invoicing
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports
  • Assist with general office duties including answering phones, filing, responding to emails, and ordering supplies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations


It is preferable that a candidate has experience but we would be willing let the right person grow into this role, which would require self education and discipline.


The pay range is $25-$40 an hour based off experience.


Must be able to physically commute to Seattle, WA. Hybrid schedule an option after training.
