Senior Manager of HR Technology and Digital Solutions

Your Role
The People & Engagement Technology team plays a vital role within the IT Applications organization, focusing on delivering technical and functional expertise across various HR Technology products on the Corporate Platform. This team provides innovative product and system solutions crucial for digital transformation, automation, application security, compliance, and user support. As the Senior Manager of People & Engagement Technology, reporting to the Senior Director, you will be a strategic leader, solution-oriented and results-driven. You will collaborate widely across the enterprise to assess vendor solutions, design, build, implement technology solutions, and manage and enhance existing applications.
Your experience with AI-driven HR solutions, technical integrations, and emerging HR technology trends will be essential for optimizing automation, analytics, and the overarching HR technology strategy. Your Knowledge and Experience A college degree or equivalent experience is required, with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a management capacity. A solid understanding of Human Resources functions and business processes is essential. At least 5 years of experience with Workday, including HR Technology development, configuration, and optimization.
Preferred familiarity with technologies such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, and others. Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, enterprise-wide system implementations that are strategically vital to the organization. A critical thinker capable of developing comprehensive multi-year product and technology roadmaps with innovative solutions. A strong bias for action, focused on delivering measurable outcomes swiftly while ensuring quality and compliance.
Ability to lead through influence, managing stakeholders effectively and serving as a key leader across People & Engagement projects. Advanced technical and functional expertise, combined with business acumen, risk management, and decision-making skills.
Experience
in building high-performance teams through guidance, coaching, and training. Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills. Preferred Technical Skills Workday Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM, Security, Reporting, and Integrations. Integration Tools: Familiarity with APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware platforms like MuleSoft and Workday Studio.
AI & Automation: Understanding of AI/ML applications in HR, including predictive analytics and intelligent workflows. Data Management: Strong grasp of HR data models, data governance, and regulations regarding data privacy. Analytics & Reporting: Proficient in Workday reporting, dashboards, and tools like Tableau or Power BI. Cloud & Security: Knowledge of cloud architecture, SSO, and security protocols (SAML, OAuth).
Project Management: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies. #LI-AC4
