As a Process Improvement Specialist on our team, you'll analyze your client's current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You'll facilitate discussions with leadership, engineers, analysts, and support staff to help refine your client's definition of success and identify current frustrations. You'll design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using root cause analysis, SIPOC charts, fishbone diagrams, trend analysis, future state models, and more to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders. Using lean six sigma and other process improvement tools and methodologies, you'll provide your client with recommendations, along with a firm grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect. This is your chance to grow experience in a number of capability areas such as cybersecurity, acquisition, fleet readiness, and contracting while deepening your process improvement and project management skills.
