  1. Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

  2. Able to identify process inefficiencies and root causes.

  3. Experience in conducting root cause analysis and recommending improvements.

  4. Process Improvement Experience

  5. Exposure to methodologies like Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen (even at a basic level).

  6. Has led or supported initiatives that improved workflows, productivity, or customer satisfaction.

  7. Business Analysis Expertise

  8. Skilled at gathering requirements, creating BRDs, FRDs, and documenting workflows.

  9. Understands how to translate business needs into actionable functional requirements.

  10. Reporting & Data Analysis

  11. Strong with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for creating business health reports and dashboards.

  12. Can use data to drive insights and continuous improvement.

  13. Stakeholder & Client Management

  14. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

  15. Can coordinate between business users, technical teams, and management for project success.

  16. Domain Knowledge

  17. Experience in operations and finance.

  18. Experience working in a structured environment (IT services, consulting, or enterprise systems).
