Associate Director, Commercial Analytics & OperationsCorcept is leading the way in the research and development of cortisol modulators, molecules that regulate cortisol activity at the glucocorticoid receptor (GR). To date, we have discovered more than 1,000 selective proprietary cortisol modulators.In 2012, we received FDA approval of Korlym (mifepristone), the first approved treatment for hypercortisolism (Cushing's syndrome).Today, our team and collaborators continue to unlock the possibilities of cortisol modulation as a way to treat serious diseases. With more than 30 ongoing studies across a wide range of disease areas, including endocrinology, oncology, metabolism, and neurology, we remain dedicated to advancing the possibilities of cortisol modulation.What began as a ripple of scientific truth is now poised to unleash a sea change of discovery representing a fundamental shift in the way we understand and treat disease.Associate Director, Commercial Analytics & Operations will support HQ, marketing and managed markets teams' insights and operations for the oncology division. This person will deliver timely and actionable insights to inform and shape commercial strategy. They will continuously monitor and report on national trends and competitive dynamics to ensure we remain competitive and can execute strategy successfully.Responsibilities:Launch Analytics & Strategic HQ ReportingLead HQ launch tracking for Relacorilant, developing and maintaining KPIs and dashboards to monitor launch performance, market penetration and key business metricsEstablish robust tracking processes and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision makingAct as a strategic partner to Marketing, Market Access, Sales, and Commercial Operations teams, ensuring analytical insights are translated into actionable strategiesLead the development and management of predictive alerts systems that leverage advanced analytics to identify physicians and patients requiring timely intervention, delivering actionable alerts to field teams and marketing activation platforms to optimize engagement timing and personalization strategiesDeliver insights into the patient journey, including demographics, treatment dynamics and market access landscapeOperationalize the patient longitudinal claims framework to provide analysis of treatment transitions, persistence, compliance, payer mix, rejections/reversals and out-of-pocket trendsUphold Corcept's Key Principles by driving collaboration, embracing possibilities, following the data, and leading by doing, ensuring all initiatives align with the Company's ethics and patient-first principlesMarketing Analytics, Campaign Measurement & Omni-channel OrchestrationDrive measurement of reach, engagement, and impact of marketing campaigns across all channels and touchpointsLead Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives to quantify marketing ROI and optimize media investment allocation across traditional and digital channelsCollaborate with marketing to build and enhance customer journey mappings by segment within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and orchestration capabilities across personal and non-personal channelsLeverage insights from analytics to design and activate automated omnichannel campaigns that optimize engagement timing, channel selection and impact with patients and healthcare providersManaged Care AnalyticsLead managed care analytics to generate insights on payer coverage, formulary positioning and access dynamics for RelacorilantTrack payer trends and access barriers, recommending strategies to improve patient affordability and accessAnalyze specialty pharmacy, hub services and claims dataDevelop dashboards tracking managed care landscape, SP/SD channel performance, SP/Hub Patient Journey and Patient Services HubPreferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies:Demonstrated success in leading commercial analytics across marketing, market access and omnichannel executionHands-on experience with tools and datasets such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Vault CRM, IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo and sales/claims dataAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and statistical modeling techniques; strong experience with marketing mix, attribution and predictive analyticsAbility to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholdersConsultative mindset with proven ability to partner across cross-functional teams and influence decisionsDemonstrated leadership skills with experience fostering high-performing teams and mentoring analystsCuriosity, problem-solving orientation and a drive to improve operational efficiency and business outcomesThis role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging advanced analytics to drive commercial success in oncology. The Associate Director will play a pivotal role in shaping Relacorilant's commercial trajectory and establishing best-in-class analytics capabilities that support sustainable growth and competitive advantage.Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree10+ years of relevant experience in commercial analytics / forecasting with increasing responsibility and scope5+ years working in Biopharmaceutical industryPrior experience managing or leading multiple vendor partners and teamsThe pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this headquarters-based position is $167,800 - $222,200; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
