  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 6 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Experience in migration and transformation of On-prem applications to Cloud, with involvement from proposal, strategy to execution, across Infrastructure and Applications.
  • Experience in AWS Cloud Technologies including DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Performance Engineering.
  • Experience in Application Deployment on cloud with Hands on experience of cloud services.
  • Experience in IaC (Infrastructure as Code) set up on cloud – Terraform, Knowledge of CloudFormation.
  • Experience in DevOps set up on cloud - AWS Code Pipeline, CI-CD Pipeline, Docker, Kubernetes /EKS and Monitoring tools, SRE (Site-reliability Engineering).
  • Software engineering experience in AWS services., GIT and GIT workflows. Cloud infrastructure, PAAS , IAAS, IAC, Power shell.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cloud migration as well development of applications on Java, Spring, Microservices, UI, Messaging Integration and Database technologies, distributed and web-based applications.
  • Knowledge of Ansible and/or Chef/Puppet.
  • Ability and readiness to operate both at hands-on level on the full cycle from strategy to development and execution.
  • Detail oriented, excellent communication and organizational skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills.
  • At least 4 years of experience in basic UNIX / AIX / Linux, Unix Shell scripting.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Spring, GIT, JIRA/Confluence, CI Tools, API Gateways.
  • Good knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, Git, Nexus and their integration with Cloud platform.
  • Experience in Global Delivery of IT projects of varies types, and execution in Agile as well as Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in making proposals to clients to address their business needs specifically related to transformation ion Cloud.
  • Ability to manage end to end program delivery and multiple priorities for concurrent projects effectively, servicing as single point of contact with clients for large programs. projects.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Proficient creating and presenting status briefings to senior management.
