Product Owner/Business Analyst - Capital Markets - IT

Duration: 12-18 month contract
Charlotte, NC – 3 days onsite, 2 Remote (Uptown)
Top Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Product Owner
- Large Banking Industry Experience
- Capital Markets Product knowledge - Traded products, Derivatives, Treasury, FX, Swaps, options, etc.
- JIRA
- Experience creating requirements, doing documentation,
- Experience working with applications and with the development team
Group Overview:
This group is the Enterprise Risk & Finance Technology at our large banking client. They develop applications for FX products. They are looking for a Business Analyst that will work with the group gathering requirements for a new application supporting their Foreign Bonds product.
This person will also be working with the team that balances the risk mitigation on the balance sheet for this group. This Analyst will work with them to update the team - here is how much risk we are taking on, here is how much exposure, etc. This person will also be writing requirements for developers across traded products. The team has requirement templates - will need to do user stories, story points, grooming, etc. User acceptance testing will also be part of the responsibilities.
