Lead Business Analyst – Database Scripting

Hybrid- 4 days in office and 1 remote

Location- Plano, TX

Duration- 6 months


Overview:

  • Demonstrates customer interface/relationship skills. Performs well in the Business Analyst role with teams and has the ability to provide direction to other resources
  • Defines high-level application, relationships, flows, implementation of business (processes, activities, functions, information), applications, and creates business and system use cases or functional specifications
  • Analyses complex and new situations, anticipates potential problems and future trends, assesses opportunities, impacts and risks while developing and implementing plans and solutions to customer problems
  • Focuses skills and experience on projects. Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
  • Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
  • Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.
  • Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence
  • Expertise in supporting business requirements for large scale applications in the concerned domain
  • Strong knowledge in Defects tracking and release management
