The Role

We are looking for an Event Project Manager for our influencers team. The ideal candidate will take the lead in managing the coordination, logistics, and execution of Influur events, ensuring they align seamlessly with our objectives and leaving a long-lasting impact in our community. As an Event Project Manager, you will not only take charge of the coordination and logistics of events but also play a pivotal role in managing relationships with clients, influencers, and sponsors. Also you'll collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to build world-class creative events in LatAm and Miami.


This will be your mission:

  • Develop the end-to-end coordination and logistics of events, ensuring all aspects are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Manage venue selection and logistical details to guarantee a smooth event operation.
  • Develop and maintain event timelines, ensuring all tasks and milestones are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event projects, collaborating with internal teams to align on project goals and objectives.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the on-site lead for events, addressing any issues or changes that may arise.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, influencers, and sponsors, understanding their unique needs and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders throughout the event planning process, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales, campaign, and marketing teams to align event strategies with overall brand and influencer goals.
  • Build tailor-made packages for our brands and provide them with detailed descriptions of everything they are receiving.
  • Maintain communication with the finance department to update the P&L for each event.
  • Bring new experience ideas for our community of influencers.


What are we expecting from you?

  • Bilingual - English/Spanish.
  • 5+ years of experience in event project management, with a track record of successful event execution in Miami and LatAm.
  • The candidate must be based in Miami and willing to travel.
  • A proven track record of working with notable brands and influencers.
  • Availability to travel to different locations and work on-site during events.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a high-quality stakeholder experience.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to address stakeholder issues effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A proactive mindset and the willingness to go the extra mile to meet stakeholder needs.
