Business Support Assistant -- Facilities Team MemberSalary Range: $15.00 - $16.88 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Education Level: High SchoolPosition Summary: The Business Support Assistant -- Facilities Team Member is a full time position that supports the Director of IT and Facilities in the daily operations of a diverse property portfolio. This role involves regular interaction with employees, residents, and vendors, requiring strong human relations and computer skills. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.Reporting and Supervision: Director of IT and FacilitiesEssential Job Functions:Enter data related to rent payments, work orders, and generate related reports.Interact professionally with employees, vendors, residents, on a daily basis.Monitors and ensures compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations related to housing operations.Supports the Property Manager in maintaining all facilities---including buildings, grounds, public spaces, roads, parking areas, and laundry rooms---in alignment with organizational policies and maintenance standards.Support the mission, vision, and goals of Listening Ear.*This is not an exhaustive list of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described.
