The Associate System Project Manager (ASPM) executes orders for UnaDyn’s Integrated Systems Group, managing the lifecycle from order entry, internal and external order development/issuance, system design drawing creation and customer approval process, installation contract management and preparation for field-based system commissioning. Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other team members to define project objectives, scope, and requirements. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.


Summary of Skills :

· Create project quote/job folder

· Do contract review of PO and update ISG project list with new order in coordination with Applications

· Assist project manager with maintaining/ updating project quote/job folder

· Upon receipt of PO, update CRM, enter SAP order, issue order acknowledgement to customer

· Assist project manager as needed to finalize order entry

· Schedule and document notes during order entry meeting

· Assist project manager with PO issuance to vendors

· Assist with drawing package generation and issuance

· Issue project submittals for approval (electronic / paper copy)

· Obtain quotations for vendor items

· Obtain freight estimates

· Obtain vendor manuals/documentation

· Maintain project schedule, track shipping, generate shipping lists

· Schedule installation crew and support crews on site with parts ordering

· Coordinate schedule with service department for startup planning

· Manage ongoing project needs with project manager

· Assist project manager with project completion statement

· Generate / maintain 3rd party billing report


Qualifications:

· Ability to speak, read and write in the English language.

· High School Diploma/ GED Required

· 3-5 years in related industry/ position (Industrial Machinery)

· Great organization skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint, SAP, Adobe Acrobat, CRM

· Team oriented working in a fast-paced environment

· Knowledge of drafting software (AutoCad, Solidworks, etc.…)
