Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our growing healthcare team. This position focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care to an adult (or mixed) patient population. The ideal candidate values teamwork, continuity of care, and work-life balance. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of acute and chronic conditions Conduct patient evaluations, physical examinations, and follow-up visits Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness Collaborate with clinical staff and specialists to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR system Comply with all clinical, regulatory, and quality standards Qualifications: MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active (or eligible) IL state medical license DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Position Highlights: Outpatient-focused practice Supportive clinical and administrative team Competitive compensation and benefits package Flexible scheduling options available Opportunity for long-term growth and stability How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their CV.
