DescriptionNorthwestern Medicine Health Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in South Elgin, IL, located in the western suburbs of Chicago.As an Internal Medicine physician in our practice, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care and manage a wide range of chronic diseases, complex conditions, and specialized care for adult patients. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on patients’ lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment that maintains work-life balance. The ideal candidate values high-quality care and building strong patient relationships in a clinic-based environment.Highlights:Join a team of 4 established Internal Medicine ProvidersClinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with a flexible scheduleCall responsibilities: Q10, shared and rotatedStandard primary care equipment and onsite lab servicesAdvance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant supportAccess to a comprehensive network of NM Specialists and state-of-the-art facilitiesHospital privileges at NM Delnor HospitalEPIC electronic health systemNorthwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital is an acute-care hospital in Geneva, Illinois.
