Our client is seeking a qualified candidate to fill their permanent role as Distribution Operations Manager. Role Description:

As our new Distribution Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to warehouse operations and logistics management. In addition to ensuring that our clients' standards are met or exceeded consistently through high-quality service delivery processes designed by your team members.


Qualifications:

- A minimum 5 years' experience working directly within supply chain environments specifically focused on warehousing/distribution.

- Strong leadership skills managing teams including training/developing staff while providing guidance around performance metrics

- Excellent communication abilities; self-starter mentality willing taking ownership over daily responsibilities & tasks

- Ability work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy throughout given projects/tasks


Skills Required:

- Experience leading successful cross-functional departments such as packaging engineering or procurement initiatives

- Results-driven attitude towards process optimization along with excellent organizational skillset needed during fast-paced situations.

- Proficient understanding of key technologies utilized across warehouses globally (i.e., Warehouse Management Systems).
