To help us continue to grow our offerings, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Advertising Expert with a strong focus on AdWords, Facebook Ads, Amazon Store, and e-commerce advertising.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, driving performance, and achieving business goals. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in analytics, reporting, analyzing, and presenting data. They must be able to set up and track conversions effectively to ensure optimal campaign performance. Furthermore, they will set up lead flow automation using Zapier and API integration.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and MSN for lead generation and e-commerce for online sales.
- Develop, implement, and optimize e-commerce advertising strategies to drive online sales and ROI.
- Strategize on keyword selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns for internal and external business partners (dealers)
Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results, and work with marketing team for content creation to drive higher lead conversion.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and refine campaign structures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign ROI.
- Provide detailed analysis of campaign performance, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and copy that continues to drive down CPA.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure seamless integration of advertising efforts with overall sales strategies.
- Manage PPC vendors for internal campaigns as well as to increase performance of dealers’ campaigns.
- Communicate campaign performance, strategies, and outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
Continuous Learning & Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and e-commerce.
- Recommend and implement testing with new advertising channels, platforms, and tools to enhance campaign performance.
- Participate in industry webinars, conferences, and training sessions to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing Google AdWords and Facebook Ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising and experience driving online sales.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Google AdWords and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
