Primary Function

Assist the Head of DAR (Distribution & Asset Rotation), Americas, Head of CLF (Corporate Leveraged Finance), Americas and the rest of the DAR & CLF team members with the day-to-day operations of the departments.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in general administration for the areas, as needed including the maintenance of the calendars for the Head of DAR Americas and Head of CLF Americas.


· Responsible for scheduling meetings, booking travel & entertainment, preparing/submitting travel & entertainment expenses, reporting, ordering supplies, organizing networking events (internal/external) and general office coordination.


Key Requirements


· BA/BS degree


· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task


· Computer skills including use of Excel, Powerpoint, Word


· Prior experience in an office setting, administrative assistant or office manager role a requirement


· Some familiarity with banking or capital markets a plus


· Proficiency with English required; Knowledge of French a plus
