This is an opportunity to grow your career and make a meaningful impact.As a Revenue Analytics Associate within the Corporate Finance Analytics team, you will provide financial analysis and insights to support senior management's decision-making on strategic matters and issues. You will collaborate with business units and functions across the firm, gaining exposure to senior leaders and the broader financial services industry. Your work will help drive key projects, competitor analysis, and financial reporting that shape our business strategy.Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the firm's financial performance, focusing on balance sheet, net interest income, and noninterest revenue.Analyze business drivers across varying economic scenarios for the entire Firm and four major lines of business, coordinating with key business leaders and partnersArticulate revenue drivers to senior finance management, including the Director of FP&A and Firm CFO, playing a vital and accountable roleLead ad hoc net interest income and balance sheet analysis to assist the Investor Relations team in addressing investor inquiriesSupport preparation for external and internal events/conferences, such as Investor Day, OCFO Offsite, and Senior Leaders ConferenceManage weekly and/or monthly firmwide financial reporting, along with ad hoc reporting requests from senior managementCreate PowerPoint presentations for senior management, including ad hoc analysis, townhall presentations, and other BAU reportingComplete ad hoc projects and analysis for high-priority and topical matters and issues for senior managementRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsMinimum 2 years professional experience, in planning and analysis, investor relations, corporate financeAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel skillsStrong analytical, creative thinking and problem solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex matters and issues clearlyInquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peersHighly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlinesAbility to multi-task and navigate an unstructured environmentTeam player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A TeamsIntegrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential informationPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsBachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, sciences, or engineering preferred
