Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or relevant business technical experience.
  • Extensive technical experience in Salesforce implementation, including Salesforce programming experience and/or certifications, with a specialty in Salesforce Lightning or Classic.
  • Salesforce consultant-level knowledge, particularly in CRM and ERP or other cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency with Apex Code, web components, APIs, and relational Salesforce database management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience enhancing business capabilities within Salesforce solutions, including Customer Service and/or Cloud Solutions.
  • Extensive technical experience as a Salesforce Developer in analyzing IT business processes, software application/IT platform design, and IT documentation.
  • Expertise in application/IT platform administration and the software development life cycle, including testing execution.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow, business requirements, and technical functionality.
  • Knowledge of risk and controls, with experience identifying and fixing gaps, documenting controls, and testing those controls.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification.
  • Object-oriented programming experience (Apex code, Lightning web components, flows).
  • Basic knowledge of and/or experience in the Electric and Gas Utility Industry.


Location: Onsite - San Antonio, TX

Duration: 12-month contract (W2 only)
