Front Desk Clerk

Pay Rate:  Based on experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Smile and make eye contact with guests
  • Make and confirm guest reservations
  • Get information to improve the guest experience
  • Efficiently multi-task
  • Answer phones and respond to questions
  • Check guests in and out;
  • Suggest and provide directions to area attractions
  • Promote company restaurants, bakeries, shops

Skills you’ll bring along

  • High School education required
  • Conflict resolution skills required
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to learn and use software program to process orders and create guest checks
  • Ability to empathize with guests and take sincere interest in his/her specific circumstance

Job Type

  • Full-time position
  • Work afternoon/evenings, be available for weekends and holidays
  • On-the-job training provided
