Position Overview:

Are you outgoing, creative, and excited about working in a fast-paced environment? As a Promotional Events Assistant at The Bleu Group, you will be an integral part of our event marketing team, helping to plan, execute, and promote various events for our clients, including impactful campaigns for nonprofits. This role offers full training and significant opportunities for career advancement for those who are motivated and eager to learn.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional events.
  • Engage with event attendees to promote brands and products effectively.
  • Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place.
  • Support the Events Manager in managing event logistics and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Participate in promotional activities, including distributing materials and samples.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and event participants.
  • Gather and report feedback from events to help improve future initiatives.
  • Contribute to sales efforts by promoting participation and encouraging brand engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a passion for events and marketing.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in events, promotions, or customer service is a plus but not required.
