Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years paralegal experience at a major law firm, or comparable studio or corporate experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and review a high volume of intellectual property license agreements, and related documents, associated with the licensing and marketing of intellectual property content for consumer products.
  • Conduct research and draft memorandum outlining underlying rights for NBCUniversal’s film and television properties.
  • Correspond with internal business partners, other NBCUniversal legal departments, and external licensees.
  • Organize and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Provide additional support to the group as needed.Qualifications/Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
