THE WORK:
- Youll join a team of experienced engineers, project managers, technologists and construction managers to ensure the long-term viability of public and private infrastructure across diverse industries.
- Youll work on project delivery across public service, utilities, transportation and more to help our clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital moves into the core of industry where virtual and physical converge.
- Youll help our clients transform their core operations and enable them to pivot to new products & services, experiences, and business & operating models.
- Youll focus on digital reinvention of value chains across the capital projects delivery lifecycle for multiple industries.
- Youll support the strategies for growth and value creation within Industry X
- Youll gain experience with Accentures ecosystem partners
- Youll work within engagement teams to build the strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure those results will be sustained
- Youll gain knowledge in Accenture Delivery Methods to support consistent project delivery based on industry leading practice
- Break down processes into logical components and construct clear reasoning and analyses
- (Work location is flexible or remote or onsite or onsite at delivery center)
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
- Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely and working onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
- Onsite at delivery center: You will be onsite at our delivery center for the majority of your work hours.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
Job Requirements:
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:
- Bachelors Degree, or 6+ years professional work experience in a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management/Project systems including Oracle Primavera, Hexagon AIL, E-Builder, Kahua or similar technologies
- Minimum 5 years of Functional experience with capital project execution systems such as Portfolio, Engineering Data, Construction or Maintenance Management solutions
- Minimum 5 years Experience in capital projects management, asset management, construction execution, project management, and/or project controls
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Excellent communication, mathematical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Teams/SharePoint, Projects, PowerPoint, Word
- You have experience with Oracle Analytics, Primavera Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau or similar technologies
- You have 5+ years of relevant consulting experience
- You have industry certifications such as CCM, CCE, PSP, EVM, PE, PMP, AIA, or QS

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
