Technical Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Analyst with a strong understanding of ADO/Dashboard creation and operations. The ideal candidate will be able to create compelling visualizations and have a deep knowledge of dashboard operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create, operate, and maintain ADO/Dashboards to provide visualizations that drive decision-making.
  • Document regulatory requirements to ensure our processes and products are in compliance with necessary regulations.
  • Translate complex requirements into actionable plans for our Engineering and Product Management teams. The ability to distill and communicate these requirements effectively is crucial.
  • Accessibility experience (software and device) is a bonus. If you have experience making technology accessible to all users, we’d love to hear about it.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in ADO/Dashboard creation and operations.
  • Experience in documenting regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to distill complex requirements into easy-to-understand actions.
  • Experience with Accessibility (software and device) is a plus.
