Our client is looking for Business Intelligence Analyst 3 to join their growing team. This is 100% remote job opportunity
WHAT YOU GET TO DO Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is focused on onboarding new board stocking location and onboarding new B2B communication. The purpose of this role is updating manual work and trying to automate and not missing any steps. Delivering REQs through the FSL through B2B, but still need full capabilities. This role will contribute to filling in gaps for Data Validation and inventory reconciliation. The purpose of this role is updating manual work and trying to automate and not missing any steps. The role will consist of: Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation Documents business processes and flows as needed. Supports one or more highly complex business processes Works on multiple projects as a project team member Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs WHAT YOU BRING Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field. 5+ Years of experience Data Analysis and Data Analytics and experience Process Documentation experience 3+ Years of Familiarity with Excel and PowerBI Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required, or relevant experience. Data Validation and inventory reconciliation Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex details Ability to increase operating efficiency with produce high quality technical solutions A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions Performance will be assessed based on if the candidate can contribute to the team. Being a good partner to the teams that they work with. RoB for reconciliation and data analysis happens daily Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Hourly contract rate range of $40.00 to $45.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
