The successful candidate will have 5-7 years experience selling digital advertising to major publishers and a deep understanding of the industry.Responsibilities include:Identify and develop strategic partnerships with premium online publishersProspect, build, pitch, and close new business that drives long-term value for both partners and Jun GroupOwn the full sales cyclefrom sourcing and pitching to negotiating and signing new publisher dealsManage the onboarding process and serve as a strategic partner throughout the ongoing partnershipsCollaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to ensure successful integrations and partner successRepresent Jun Group at industry events, conferences, and meetings with publisher partnersMonitor the evolving ad tech landscape and actively track emerging industry trends to anticipate shifts and spot opportunities early to keep our strategy ahead of the curveCollaborate with Product and Marketing to inform go-to-market strategy, product development and enhancementsHere are a few indicators that you're the right person:You're passionate about digital mediaYou know digital publishing like the back of your handYou're fearless, restless and curiousYou have a proven track record of strong performance, including breaking new business and exceeding quotasYou have strong organization skills and show great attention to detailYou prioritize well, display a sense of urgency, and have no problem meeting deadlinesRequirements:6-8 years of online media/publisher partnerships experienceSome company benefits include:Competitive Pay & Favorable Commission PackageHybrid Work ScheduleHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceMental Health ResourcesVolunteer OpportunitiesSalary Range: $130,000 - $140,000, plus commissionJun Group offers a hybrid work model.
