Role Description

This is a full-time Associate Attorney role based in Ardmore, PA. As an Associate Attorney at The Halpern Law Firm, you will be responsible for representing clients, conducting research, completing depositions, and meeting with clients. The role will involve working closely with clients, conducting legal analysis, drafting legal documents, and assisting with trial preparation.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania Law
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in Labor and Employment Law
  • Strong research and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team


Compensation

Salary commensurate with experience. Starting at $70,000.00.
