Sales Manager


Job Description: As a sales Manager in the restoration industry, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and utilizing data to make informed decisions that optimize the sales process.


Job Qualifications (Required Skills):

  • Proven experience in sales management within the restoration industry or a related field for 3-5 years.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching. Fosters a motivated and collaborative work environment.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and target customer segments.
  • Create and maintain sales forecasts and budgets.
  • KPI Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the team's performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Regularly report on KPIs to senior management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Handle complex or high-value customer accounts as needed.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Review and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement sales automation tools and technology to streamline operations.
  • Develop and maintain a robust CRM system for accurate data management.
  • Sales Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Keep the team updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices.
  • Encourage professional growth and career advancement within the team.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and implement changes.


Education:

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
