About UsJoin the innovative Digital Voice team at our Fortune 200 Energy partner located in Charlotte.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of our IVR Replacement program, a multi-year initiative aimed at migrating our current on-premises IVR to the Genesys Cloud platform.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end project delivery for IVR migration from Nuance on-prem to Genesys Cloud.Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and vendors.Ensure adherence to project governance and reporting standards.Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.Drive successful implementation using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.________________________________________Required QualificationsProven experience in cloud migration projects, ideally involving Genesys Cloud and/or Swampfox technologies.Strong background in call center and IVR systems.Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in enterprise environments.Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to manage complex, multi-vendor projects.________________________________________Preferred QualificationsPMP or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.).Familiarity with Nuance IVR and Genesys Architect.Experience working with regulated industries or large-scale enterprise environments.________________________________________Work ArrangementHybrid role: 3 days per week in-office in the Charlotte region.Occasional travel may be required for vendor or stakeholder meetings.Logistics:Location: Charlotte, NCEnvironment: Hybrid (In-office 3x per week)Compensation: $68/hr 24-month W2 Contract with potential for extension or conversion W2 Only - We are unable to provide sponsorship currently (US Citizen & GC holder only)Eight Eleven Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
