Business Development Manager, Digital Marketing

This individual will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting newbusiness opportunities while building long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners. Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:1. Strategic Sales & Business Growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, nurturing relationships to achieve revenue and market share goals. Collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop short- and long-term strategies for business expansion. 2. Client Relationship Management Proactively consult with potential clients to understand their lead generation challenges and propose tailored marketing solutions. Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and partners through regular communication and consistent, high-quality service. 3. Market Analysis & Research Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Analyze potential partnerships and channels to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition opportunities. 4. Proposal Development & Presentation Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials that demonstrate the value of lead generation services. Present project scopes, timelines, and budgets to potential clients, effectively communicating ROI and partnership benefits. 5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with internal teams (Account Management, Content, Design, etc.) to ensure seamless handoff and successful project execution post-sale. Provide feedback on client needs, market trends, and industry shifts to inform service offerings and product improvements. 6. Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management Utilize CRM tools to track progress, measure results, and manage an effectivesales pipeline. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management,highlighting key wins, challenges, and overall progress. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital services. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market. Deep understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and SEO solutions.
