  • Design and Development: Develop and design control systems, including PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
  • System Integration: Integrate control systems with existing and new equipment to ensure seamless operation.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to control systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining production efficiency.
  • Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve control systems to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system schematics, wiring diagrams, and control logic.
  • Compliance: Ensure all control systems adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to implement effective control solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage control system projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Training: Provide training and support to staff on control systems and related technologies.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in control system design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), Experience with HMI and SCADA systems, Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.), familiarity with various sensor and instrumentation technologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PE, ISA) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with VFD’s, Encoders, and Servos
  • Fanuc experience a plus
