We are seeking a Contract Conformance Specialist (CCS) to manage day-to-day conformance responsibilities for capital and maintenance projects. The CCS will ensure all contractual obligations between the company and contractors are met, overseeing documentation flow and communication. This role plays a key part in identifying, communicating, and resolving contractual issues, coordinating with legal, project management, construction management, and other internal departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with project execution contracting strategy.
  • Draft technical contract language (scope, pricing, special instructions) for assigned projects.
  • Support contract negotiations during the bidding and formation phases.
  • Maintain contractor correspondence and documentation logs.
  • Manage the change order process, including generating directives and reviewing contractor requests.
  • Coordinate project contract close-out and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Provide ongoing communication regarding contract-related requirements and issues.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, legal, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with 7-10 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of contracting processes, especially in the energy industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with contract management best practices.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35%.
