They are now hiring for a newly created Continuous Improvement Manager position. This highly visible and strategic role will be instrumental in shaping the company's continuous improvement culture, developing internal talent, and leading impactful initiatives across the organization.Job DescriptionIn this role, the continuous improvement manager will be responsible for the following:Leading continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company's business modelLead and facilitate structure improvement projects, delivering measurable gains.Lead operational efforts including development of control plans and FMEAs for new productsDevelop and execute road-map for continuous improvement.Coach and support teams at all levelsTrack progress through relevant KPIsProvide daily leadership to the quality team to maintain and improve product/process standardsCollaborate with site leaders to improve safety, behavior and performanceBuild and support a strong pipeline of future leaders within CI, Quality and MaintenancePlease apply below, if you're resume looks to fit in with the criteria.
