Responsibilities:

  • Lead 8-10 trades areas: provide direction, guidance, and mentorship to all levels of foremen onsite.
  • Champion a positive safety culture and EHS initiatives to promote a safe, clean, and healthy workplace.
  • Monitor all aspects quality and production to ensure all projects are completed on time and up to par with customer expectations.
  • Clearly communicate goals and KPIs to the team to improve workflow across the company.
  • Manage employees though all phases of employment, including, but not limited to: hiring, firing, retention, disciplinary action, etc..


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience leading a team with multiple trades onsite.
  • Ability to understand job specifications, drawings, and corresponding technical references.
  • Proficiency working with hot work trades a must (welding, grinding, melting, etc.).
  • 4-year degree or Register Apprentice grad a plus.
  • Experience working with commercial and government projects a plus.
