Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Rutherford, NJType: Contract To HireCompensation: $20/Hour, DOEContractor Work Model: Hybrid / 1 day remoteHours: 8a-4:45p, M-FResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders via phone, email, fax, and mail and ensure timely deliveryArrange and expedite product shipments and provide order status updatesAct as a liaison between customers, sales, and plant personnel to resolve issuesRespond to customer inquiries and handle concerns in a professional mannerCoordinate returns, credits, debits, and related documentationWork with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing, payment, and invoice issuesPromote customer satisfaction by following established policies and proceduresSupport sales initiatives and encourage use of system-based orderingCommunicate customer issues to management as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma required; college degree preferred1-2 years of customer service experience preferredStrong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, order entry systems, and emailAbility to handle difficult customers and stressful situations professionallySAP experience a plusAbility to work a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)System One, and its subsidiaries including Joul, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
