Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at First Choice Healthcare Multicultural Palliative and Hospice Care. The CNA will provide direct patient care, assist with daily activities, monitor patient conditions, and communicate with the healthcare team. This role is located in Boston, MA and surrounding areas north amd south of the city
. Physical office is in Brookline.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and patience
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients
- Current
- Prior experience in a healthcare
- must have reliable transportation
- Bilingual CNA would be desirable but not required (Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese)
