Key Responsibilities Install HVAC systems in commercial and industrial environments, especially supermarket refrigeration.Fabricate and install copper refrigeration line sets.Install flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial applications.Follow manufacturer specifications and company installation standards.Use hand and power tools proficiently in the field.Perform inspections and identify equipment maintenance risks or hazards.Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal working condition.Collaborate effectively with teammates and customers to ensure successful project outcomes.Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional manner.Adhere strictly to OSHA, company, and customer safety protocols and regulations.This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a strong commitment to jobsite safety. Qualifications Solid knowledge of HVAC/R systems, tools, components, and installation materials.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical schematics.Mechanical aptitude with a proven ability to install and troubleshoot HVAC systems.Strong understanding of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration principles.Comfortable working in confined spaces, on ladders, or at heights.Must be able to push, pull, lift, and maneuver heavy materials safely.Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.Self-motivated and adaptable to changing jobsite conditions and schedules.Ability to travel for out-of-area projects.Class E driver's license and OSHA certification preferred; both required within 30–60 days of employment.
