Accounting & Hr GeneralistKrauth Electric is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting & HR Generalist. This is one combined position, not multiple openings. The role encompasses accounting and human resources responsibilities.This position is critical to streamlining accounting and HR operations. The role is accounting-heavy, with varying HR and office management responsibilities, and requires a high level of accuracy, ownership, and discretion. The ideal candidate is dependable, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a small-company environment with multiple priorities.Schedule: This position may choose a consistent start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with a corresponding end time between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.Full-time, 8-hour days and 1 hour lunch breaks.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting (Primary Focus)Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsAssist with payroll processing and coordinationMaintain accurate financial records for both brandsSupport month-end close and reporting activitiesAssist with an upcoming accounting system transition for one of the brandsHuman ResourcesSupport recruiting coordination and candidate trackingAssist with onboarding and new hire documentationMaintain employee records and HR filesSupport benefits administration and PTO trackingAssist with HR compliance documentationOffice Management & Operations SupportManage day-to-day office and administrative operationsMaintain and organize high volumes of service and administrative paperworkCoordinate closely with the Operations Manager, accounting staff, and field techniciansServe as a central administrative point of contact between office, operations, and leadershipHelp streamline processes and support knowledge transfer/documentationQualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferredExperience / Skills / Knowledge3+ years of experience in accounting support, HR support, office management, or a similar combined roleStrong accounting fundamentals; accounting experience is required and prioritizedExperience supporting HR processes such as onboarding, employee records, and benefits coordinationExperience working with multiple companies, brands, or entities preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of paperwork accuratelyAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency with accounting software and standard office tools
