Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The Senior Marketing Coordinator is creative, motivated, and a high-energy individual looking to utilize their experience and skillset to contribute to the growth of the Raleigh office.

  • Organize, strategize, design, and manage project RFP responses/proposals and interview presentations.
  • Schedule the kick-off meeting.
  • Come prepared with the RFP strategy, team, and past experience based the company background and your strategy.
  • Develop specialized graphics for additional collateral inside the RFP response.
  • Build the slide deck for interview presentations & develop specialized graphics for the presentation slide deck.
  • Manage Unanet CRM database for the Raleigh office (team resumes, project data, mailing lists, reports, etc.).
  • Collaborate on layout design, content development, and copy editing for a broad range of internal and external communications including award submittals, thought leadership pieces, project data sheets, resumes, and qualification packages.
  • Edit, update, organize, and maintain copy to ensure content is accurate, tailored, and client-specific.
  • Support development of social media content consistent with brand/voice in tandem with company’s internal Communications Specialist located in Charlotte, NC.
  • Help maintain Raleigh-specific content on 'The Hub', an internal SharePoint site along with the website in tandem with the larger remote marketing team.
  • Manage client event planning, signage, unique promotional ideas, and invitations.
  • Quarterly Jobsite visits in order to generate best practices/lessons learned graphics.
  • Manage professional photography initiatives including headshots, events, and project photography.
  • Create and/or order jobsite signage and find creative ways to implement branding on jobsites.
  • Bring creative ideas to aid in annual initiative to create a dynamic holiday card.
  • Continually look for new and unique ways to market, advertise, and position the company with a focus on Customer, Community, and Team.
  • Bring new ideas and feedback annually to overall company marketing strategy.
  • Work with the broader company marketing team on collateral improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industry (other applicable marketing experience will be considered)
  • Graphic design skills is a must.
  • RFP response/proposal experience
  • An open mind and sense of humor
  • Detail-oriented and a team player
  • Communicate freely and consistently in a team setting
  • Open to working in a fun, flexible, open office environment 5 days/week
  • A work hard, play hard mentality
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience (particularly InDesign; Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro are a plus)
  • WordPress, Mailchimp, and Canva experience
  • Microsoft Office 365 knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
