The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $250,000. The final salary will be based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits include: equity, performance-based bonus, PTO, 401(k); and medical, dental & vision.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing, guerilla marketing, funnel marketing, brand partnerships and on-the-ground activation to drive app downloads and subscriptionsContinuously optimise campaigns and A/B test to attract the most engaged users and drive higher conversion, retention, referral rates and lifetime customer valueAnalyze marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to shape future marketing and product strategyOwn conversion rate optimisation throughout the customer funnel, including identifying, evaluating and prioritizing opportunities to increase conversion rates and revenue generated from organic/paid content, lifecycle marketing, SEO and promotionsPropose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demandSustainably and cost-effectively grow our reach and lower CACRequirements5+ years experience in driving growth at a leading consumer subscription companyExpertise running and optimizing ad campaigns on Instagram, TikTok and YoutubeExperience with SEO/GEOExperience leveraging metrics, KPIs and data to generate creative ideasStrong copywriting, editing, and communication skillsAvid user of the SwingVision appPreferredExperience with Google Analytics, Amplitude and data visualizationExperience working with brand and social media influencersObsessed with data, spreadsheets & dashboardsSwingVision is an equal opportunity employer.
