Come join our growing team and be a hero in restoration on the island of Oahu.We are currently hiring the following positions:Technician AssistantNo experience in restoration required. Training is provided. Technician Assistants provide support to Lead Technicians and the production team. Fast promotion opportunities.Technician1+ year of restoration experience preferred. Training and certifications provided. Technicians provide direct support to Lead Technicians and the production team. Must have some knowledge in water/mold/fire/biohazard remediation procedures and terminology. They will engage with customers and oversee the work of Technician Assistants.Lead Technician3+ years of restoration experience required. Must be IICRC certified. A Lead Technician works directly with the Production Manager to ensure their team is providing the best service possible. Lead technicians must be able to manage and train and oversee the work of technicians and technician assistants, write up and provide estimates to clients, complete paperwork in a timely manner, have excellent customer service skills, and be a team player. Will be required to work some nights and weekends as part of an on-call rotation.Benefits:Weekly Pay- Up to $40/hr (based on job applying for and experience)Paid Training and CertificationsPaid Time OffBonus OpportunitiesFree & Convenient ParkingMedical Insurance (with pharmaceutical coverage)Dental & Vision InsurancePrimary Duties for all positions:Performs remediation and cleaning of water/mold/fire/biohazard matter under the supervision of a lead technician including water extraction, content manipulation, demolition, removing/disposal of non-salvageable materials, and moreTransporting, setting up, and removing equipment all over the island to and from job sitesLoad and prepare vansEquipment and Warehouse maintenance/cleaningEngaging and speaking with customersTaking and uploading pictures and notesQualifications for all positions:GED or High School DiplomaAbility to lift at least 50 poundsHave a valid driver's licenseMust be able to pass a minimal background check and drug testEffective communication skillsIf you think you would be a great fit for our team, we want to talk to you.
